Here's how Valerie made the hat, above, right: "All
I did was cut a slit on either side of the hat, use a square of
mounting
foam on the cardstock where the hat is, then threaded wired ribbon
through
the slits and arranged it how I thought it should sit and pressed it to
the
foam.
That's
all there is to it!"
