What a doll!
Here
is stamp teacher Estrella Bianchi holding Sadie, the doll she created
from
the Vintage Paper Dolls plate. Estrella first stamped the little girl
in
the dress from the bottom of the plate on double-thick cardstock in
black
dye ink, coloring in with colored pencil. Next, she stamped the girl's
sun
hat and beach ball/dress combo on standard copier paper, also in black
and
coloring with colored pencils. She cut the whole shebang out and used a
glue
stick to adhere the clothes and accessories, then cut a slit in a small
piece
of foam core for a stand, slid Sadie in it, named her, et voila!
Here's a card
I made using each doll stamp individually. Stamped on plain white paper
and colored in with colored pencil.
